The Design Process offered by Stephen Woodhams

At Stephen Woodhams Garden Design we offer a wide range of sevices. The design consultancy can include all or part of the following elements :

. Site analysis and the development of a design concept
. Presentatation of detailed drawings with mood boards, including computer generated visual images
. Lighting plan ( presented once concept design approved)
. Construction drawings
. Planting plans
. Full specifications and tender package

Clients may only require some assistance with renovation, or additions to an existing garden. Some clients come back to us after a few years for a revamp.
Once the design is agreed we can then assist with Project Management.

Lighting and irrigation play a very important part of any new design or renovation and we have great in-house ideas ,but always welcome specialists within all these areas ,especially when it comes to energy conservation , solar power, grey water wind turbines and water storage tanks etc.

Over the years we have realised that ongoing consultancy is a very important service which we offer, as gardens are organic and grow and develop over the years and people like help with this process
